This program is designed to provide female athletes with the tools to improve their sports performance, emphasising long-term athletic development. As women, our bodies go through many changes throughout our life. This program aims to educate you on how to use these changes to our advantage! 

Athletes aged 14yrs + who want to excel at their sport.

What’s included?

  • Initial consult: in-depth goal setting, physical assessment and performance testing with lead-coach, Bec Patterson.
  • 2 days a week of coaching sessions. Monday and Wednesday mornings 6am -7am.
  • Individualised performance program (via our TrainHeroic app) and coaching
  • Keycard access to Vector Health & Performance facility (staffed & unstaffed hours)
  • Access to educational content
